DESCRIPTION OF THE GUEST ROOMS (11 Rooms)
We have 11 guest rooms - each has a king size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom - and are all at ground level. Entry to the rooms is from the central courtyard deck and breezeway which is adjacent to the Guest lounge area. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning, multi function flat screen television, DVD player,
iron/ironing board, hair dryer and toiletries, bar fridge, mini bar, coffee/tea making facilities, wireless broadband internet access (WiFi), windows that open to the fresh country air and views of the gardens and local countryside.
BOOKING TERMS and CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of $100 per room is required on all bookings which is non-refundable. Should a booking be cancelled more than 7 days prior to date of arrival, we will happily transfer the deposit to an alternative date provided the stay is within 4 months of the date of cancellation otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
All cancellation requests must be in writing.

SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS
Accounts may be settled by personal Visa Card, Mastercard, EFTPOS or cash. A 3% credit card fee will be added when accounts are settled by American Express card or Corporate, International, Platinum, Premium Visa/Master Cards.

Check-in from 2pm. and Check-out 10.30am.
RESTAURANTS
Woodbyne does not operate a restaurant. To assist you, we list all of the restaurants in the area on our Confirmation of Booking Form. We also provide their tel no and our recommendations, enabling you to make a reservation prior to your arrival.

CHILDREN
We welcome children to the hotel but expect parents to ensure
that their children do not spoil the enjoyment of other guests. Please note that for health reasons we do not provide cots etc. for infants and do not allow prams/strollers or bikes to be taken into the guest rooms.
MASSAGE
We can arrange a therapeutic full body relaxation massage in your
room. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to book
this service.
INTERNET
All guest rooms have wireless broadband internet access available (WiFi).
A desktop computer with broadband internet access is located in the guest lounge for the use of house guests.
CRAFT and PRODUCE MARKETS
A number of produce and craft markets are held in the area on different days of the month.
The days that the markets are held are as follows:-
Berry Market - 1st Sunday of the month
Kangaroo Valley Market - 2nd Saturday of the month
Jervis Bay – Huskisson - 2nd Sunday of the month
Jervis Bay – Lady Denman - 1st Saturday of the month
Gerringong Market - 3rd Saturday of the month
Kiama Market - 3rd Sunday of the month
Jamberoo Market - Last Sunday of the month
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers for family and friends can be arranged with a 12 month validation. Vouchers are available for midweek stays (from 1 night)
and weekend stays (2 nights - Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun)
PETS
Sorry, we are unable to accept pets as we have no facilities for them. We also have on the property two territorial Border Collies - Harry and Lulu - and a Peacock - Richard.
SMOKING
Smokers are required to smoke outdoors to comply with Government regulations.
