Entry  to the suites is from the central courtyard deck and breezeway which is adjacent to the Guest lounge area. All suites have reverse cycle air conditioning, colour television, DVD/video player, iron/ironing board, hair dryer and toiletries, bar fridge, free wireless broadband internet access (WiFi) and views of the gardens and local countryside. BOOKING TERMS and CANCELLATION POLICY A minimum deposit of $100 per room is required on all bookings. All "confirmed status" bookings that are then cancelled will incur a fixed charge of $20 per cancelled room. All cancellation requests must be in writing and a receipt of cancellation issued. Cancellations:- within 7 days of arrival - a one night only room charge per cancelled room billed to your credit card.   within 48 hours of arrival - full cost of all booked accommodation billed to your credit card. Group Bookings Please request Our cancellation policy for group bookings when enquirying. RESTAURANTS Woodbyne does not operate a restaurant. Our Booking Confirmation Form lists all of the restaurants in the area, with their telephone number, enabling you to make a reservation prior to your arrival. We also note our recommendations. INTERNET All guest suites have free wireless broadband internet access available (WiFi). A desktop computer with internet access is available for guests in the Guest Lounge. A small charge applies. DINNERS - Group Bookings Only Dinners at the Hotel can be arranged, with prior notice, for groups of guests who book all the hotel's accommodation suites (minimum 20 people). Exclusive use of the Garden Room is then available for a private dinner. Dinner menus, wine lists and prices are available on request. SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS Accounts may be settled by personal Visa Card, Mastercard, EFTPOS or cash. A 3% credit card fee will apply when accounts are settled by American Express card, Corporate or Premium Visa/Master cards. We do not accept personal cheques. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Suites are available for arrival after 2 pm. Check out time is 11am.  Subject to the availability of rooms, early check in and late check out up to 1.00pm. can be arranged. The charge is $100 per room per day. Full day rate applies to check out after 2.00pm. CHILDREN We welcome children to the hotel but expect parents to ensure that their children do not spoil the enjoyment of other guests. MASSAGE We can arrange a therapeutic full body relaxation massage in your suite. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to book this service. CRAFT and PRODUCE MARKETS A number of produce and craft markets are held in the area on different days of the month.
