The formal reflection pool is framed with clipped Manchurian pears. A bronze statue stands at the end of the pool, against a curtain of Bhutan cypress. "From the turning circle you look to the three other vistas - to the left the hotel, to the right the Garden room, built in 1897, and the central vista, the reflection pool." Guests of the hotel can stroll around the gardens at their leisure. |
